[Nightglide]

According to this website http://db.irowiki.or.../server-status/ the server seems to be online but when i try to log in to the game, i am only getting the message "Failed to connect to server".

Are there any others who are getting the same message as i am? Are the servers online?

You are not the only one experiencing the issue as it seems however the servers are indeed up and running.

Please provide a tracert and paste it in a spoiler tag here, instructions are below.
 

I've written some clearer and more robust instructions:  

• Press Windows-R (the Windows key and the R key).
• Type "cmd" and then press enter.
• Maximise the Command Prompt window that is opened.
• Enter "tracert playragnarok.com".
• Wait until tracert has completed. If tracert outputs six lines of asterisks in succession, then press control-C to terminate it.
• Right-click the window and then choose "select all".
• Right-click the window again to copy the selection to the clipboard.
• Paste the copied text into the appropriate place, such as a reply to a support ticket.

This seems to be specifically happening from those routing thru Europe, last 4 I've seen post, their IPs run thru Europe.  Is there something specifically going on over there that would cause that?  Nobody else seems to be having issues in other parts of the world.

You might want to wait a little while before trying to connect again, the only thing I can confirm is that there is something odd with routing through Europe as of this hour.
