you're telling me. i bought 3000wp friday and was never given it and they are still goofing off like its a joke, and my vip ends today at noon

dont use other payment methods. unless you absolutely have to. my issue was xsolla (the processor for those payments) never sent warpportal the info they needed of the purchase, not one bit, they couldnt find it. it took my calling xsolla and threatening legal action for them to return the money to me (I MUST Stress, NOT warpportals fault, xsolla is a seperate independant company(the same one that dropped the ball on warz payments))
the portal support team did an amicable job in trying to support my issue.
also i noticed if you have ADBLOCK on firefox it will prevent all payment functions of the website from loading. turn it off and you can load it and pay!
