i have activated a khara quest like "3 members of guild" and one of the 1r episode and when i get the items of the quest, continues 0/3 like this screen of my character

I think there are at least two different types of Polinium: the tradeable ones you get from daily quests, and untradeable ones you get from other quests. The khara may be checking for a specific type.
