Does any have/remember the list of tournament rules from THQ?

Basically, the only rules people seem to abide by and put importance on are:

yea, but still i have some guildie who want to learn how to do tournies and i forget all the skill rules

They need further revision due to all the changes that occurred. I'll be hosting a more organized 2v2 or 3v3 for levels 60-70 around January, so ruleset and applications should be up somewhere near the end of December.
