Is the Mail System broken?

I've sent mail to one of my alt characters because I needed to dump some gold to rebirth. I still have yet to get the gold and it's been over a day from the mail system. In the mean time I tried to mail some gold to my rebirthed character but the mail system says the character doesn't exist. Anyone else notice anything like this?

You can't mail to another character on the same account, only to a character on a different account.

I used the mail yesterday (or maybe it was the day before) on Ymir with no problems.

Mail travels instantly. If the zeny vanished, but didn't arrive at the destination character, you misspelled the name, or the mail system glitched. Contact the GM team by creating a ticket at support.warpportal.com, and include the server, the character that you sent the zeny to, the time you sent it, and the amount of zeny you sent.
