Arrow Shower casted by monster bypasses pneuma and neutral barrier. Is this intended?

Tested on Cecil Damon, Entweihen Crothen Thorn, and Kavach Icarus

Probably not a bug. Maximum level skills cast by monsters are intended to be stronger than those cast by players.

Examples:
lv10 jupitel = 30 hits
lv10 thunderstorm = 20 hits
lv1 ganbantein = 9x9 area

i believe it was intended to make long-ranged monster not completely powerless against pnuema.

they're still powerless if you stand at maximum range.
