How about this?

40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-60, 61- 64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85. Just my opinion.

 

also it was to allow for more players to participate because doing something like what you suggested makes near empty bsq's more emptier.

I thought lv40 bsq was bugged so it was empty D:

I suggest those levels because of ultimate equipments they can get for camping.

Battlesquare now takes place at 2:00, 5:00, 8:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00, 23:00 Server Time for all level ranges 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-85. The new times have been added to satisfy EU/SEA and for testing purposes.

 

So 8 Battlesquares a Day is good! Very nice for international (+1)

 

Suggestion deleted because I was stupid and didn't read flubs.

 

Edit: What? No 80-85?! Come on!

From my recollection of servers in IAH and Gpot, the levels were 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-75, 76 -85.

 

I reasoning was at lv 49 lava weapon, 50-59 aram weapon, 60-69 job change/oaks/bone dragon weapon, 70-75 zau, 76 - 85 elga/pos endgame.

 

Part of it was because of the weapons that existed for that lvl range and to keep everything in increments of 9 save for the past 75.  If anyone remembers I remember there was a reason for it lol.  I also think it was cuz the rings back then were at 49, 59, 69, 79 or something as well. (10*s being max)

As far as I remember gPotato changed the lvl ranges back then because of an "issue" in the lvl 51-60 BSQ. The players who did a JC and stayed on lvl 60 were way more powerful than others (Paladin back then when I'm right) so they changed it to keep some "balance" in BSQ.

Regarding BSQ - There is a chance that we found out something. Even the grounds stay the same every BSQ time and are not changing like expected. 

I will request a server restart for fixing that. Not sure if it will happen today (Thursday). I will keep you informed.

Another thing to point out, in the most recent Battlesquare we had little to no flag spike spawns. This meant majority of points were missions/kills.

 

I'm not saying fix it...I'm saying spark a discussion in another topic on whether or not it's better.

Edit : I think preventing from switching team in BSQ should be applied as well. People leave, participate in the end of the battle, get reward then get out without contribution.

Yes.

 

hmm this maybe a stupid suggestion but how about breeze run?

 

Edit : I think preventing from switching team in BSQ should be applied as well. People leave, participate in the end of the battle, get reward then get out without contribution. 

 

As for the breeze run, I will talk to the team about it.

As for your idea, for this client changes are needed. I'll write it down so that it can be discussed when the time comes.

Player: ??There ain't no magician to kill on the other team.

Include only applicable missions so people don't have to wait 3 minutes for a mission they can do. This would also help balance point distribution between stacked and less/nonstacked players as well.

I'd have loved a mission filter for both Emporia War and BattleSquare.

 

When they implemented the new times and ranges for Battlesquare, a bug caused very little to no flag spike spawns (At most was 2 for the entire battlesquare). This received a very positive response. Focus was more on fighting and less on running. Points were centered on missions/kills.

I would recommend not making threats to anyone on the forum or in game, friendo. Even if you're joking (I'm assuming you are) they can be taken rather seriously.

I agree to this idea, but this is sadly not possible without changes to the client. I will write it down so it can be discussed as soon as fixes to the client are possible.

Okay, just for clarification: Is this "bug" still persistent? The point is, we didn't change anything to spawn points.
