I'm a newbie in scout, & I would like to learn more about scout damage skill.
I notice that Impact Arrow & Phoenix Arrow gives the most damage, I also took all the debuff, but still need to wait for cooldown after spamming all my skill.
Is it worth to get fire arrow, ice arrow, wind arrow? since the cooldown is 2-3 second, which is can be spam, Can someone please explain what does the skill effect does (how it work) for each elemental arrow skill.
Is ranged passive a must? I've only put 1 skill point so far.
I have invested 100 charm on stat to increase debuff effectiveness, should i get more charm on stat or just keep it 100 & get more charm from substat? Below is my current stat for lv180

Con 120
Sen 140
Charm 100
