Hi guys can you help me w/ this problem :'(

Here goes ! just got my lvl.1 Novice then i go straight to janeway to level up faster to Lvl.1 - Lvl.99 O.o

Just got started in ( Jumping Janeway Request 1 / Killing 5 Porings ) when i killed 5 porings i go back in janeway i did'nt see her anymore O.o

can you help me w/ this problem ?

Speak with the Channel teleport Official NPC at izlude_a (122,105) and choose "teleport to channel 1".
