guyss help what is best gear for pvm valor or reinforced for raider. and gems too thanks

Exalted is the best if high enough for it. Or the lower tier 'Dungeon Dropped/Rewarded' equipment.

Here's a list of Dungeons you should consider, but the lower ones may be impossible to start.

Cave of Ulverick: 120 - 150 : 200 - 235

Halls of Oblivion: 140 - 170 : 200 - 235

Sea of Dawn: 160 - 190 : 210 - 240

Sikuku Catacombs: 210 - 240

 

From my understanding, you actually only want to run the first tier Sea of Dawn. The CoU + HoO Dungeons don't have class gear drops, just standard kind junk that doesn't really help you character progress.

If you need leveling gear follow this guide.

 

1-50: Use max stat Level 0 Crafted gear from shops [if you can] if not, just use reinforced.

50-120: Use level 50 Crafted Reinforced, and use Valor points from Valor Quests, to transfer 'max stats' to them, if you can't afford them try to get gems so your 'Critical %' is 50%, and the rest into Max HP, and Attack Power.

120-160: Item Mall set matching your class. The stats are insanely perfect, and if you can gem them, or get lucky with a good box of a lot of max/high tier stats, all the better. They're also dirt cheap to refine because they cannot degrade.

160-200: Reinforced Set most likely, or if you got lucky, like insanely lucky, the EQ you got from 160-190 SoD Dungeons.

200-220: Courage if you can, Reinforced if you cant.

220+ Exalted [first], Courage[second], Reinforced[last]
