Whats the deal with this place? Did some googling and can only piece together the vaguest idea from ancient (2014) wp posts and random forum posts.

 

Is it fit to go level? Is it broken? how? WTF IS IT. Intrigued by the strange super kobolds within but no idea if its worth my time. I think a sticky or something would be best suited vs vague patch note bullets that talk about it like everyone already knows everything about it. HALP

There is a update in the classic foundry threads with what everything really is hp/stat and race wise. Updates to renewal forced them to push this back from being updated by like 4months.
