Could a staff member please respond with an eta on when this patch is likely to be released , status of your test server, what Is likely to be in the first patch e.g class skill changes you have finalised, a demonstration that your new content exists through a preview posting of the models you have finalised. You know like those other professional companies do. I believe the common term would be a road map. Please show us you have a plan or some sort of direction. Telling us your working on 20 odd tasks with no clue on what comes first and when to expect it looks very indie/amature. We are also not interested in your lack of resources or how many people you have working on the project. These are excuses and not our problem. You have a product that you run a cash shop and subscription service for. Cutting costs and continuing to tell us you have a lack of resources is a you problem and only reduces confidence in your company as a legitimate professional company. In layman terms it makes you look like cowboys running a dodgey/not safe service.

Fixed.

"Equally as important as the development schedule is taking care of the players needs, since there are so fewer players than in the past we should be able to provide very complete and individualized customer care, faster support, broad community presence, and an overall improved experience playing Requiem" pffff XD

Today is the first day in more than a week I can say we are closer to a patch! As you may know already, the old internal testing server for Requiem, for lack of a better phrase, "kicked the bucket". Spent a week trying to fix it on broken virtual machines, gave up and started building a new test server from the ground up on a new virtual machine setup, and at last today completed all the preparation, check outs, and configuring. I actually logged in on it a couple of hours ago. I had never done this before so I am relieved I got it right on the first try (well give or take a few restarts because some IPv4 address in some settings file was wrong or some other needle in a haystack).

With that said on to the topic at hand, the patch, its delay and any ETA. When the old test server died, I was already done with work on MDC items, still working on Battlefield items, had made several new skills which are intended for Commander or Protector, and had made several changes to Berserker. So, originally I wanted to wait and release all this and the rest (including more changes for Commander/Protector and Berserker/Warlord and work on upcoming event content for Halloween) together in a single patch, but now that I can test the remaining work I have already completed and given how long it took to fix the show stopping problem of the test server, it would be best to split this into 2 parts. That way I can say a patch will be ready for this coming regular weekly maintenance. The patch will not however, contain all of the changes I have discussed here over the last month, but will include about half of it and then the other half not long after.

Also, I am not telling you all this about the broken test server to make excuses. But I have refrained from telling you all of this in as much detail until today because I wanted to come to you with facts and solutions not excuses and regrets.

Lots of words typed. Very little done in recent patch. You created lots more problems and left the ones 70% of players quit because of unchanged. At this rate Wel never be coming bk here. You lack logic helium. I've no idea why u operate like this . Your actually a big reason why we don't play now. It's like u don't care. You do what u want not what customers need. Why would we bother to log a product being produced to keep one Dev happy? It's cetainly not being built for the players
