my brother guide me how to file a ticket. but i dont know what category this matter fell under.

isn't there an account recovery option?

Should fall under Ragnarok Online, then Account Recovery, then comes the waiting game. And always make your own thread, there's no logic in using someone else's account recovery thread as your own.

You can use Account Recovery.

Make sure you are sending the ticket after logging into your support account.

 

Be patient till a GM responds to your ticket, it might take anywhere between hours to a couple days.
