Ok so i just went to try to purchase some wp on my acct. I wanted to purchase 30$ worth. I put in my info check it to make sure it was right. And hit submit. But it declined my transaction said it couldn't be processed. So i checked my bank, the money is there, so i try again, still declined it. So i tried purchasing a smaller amount this time. I did 5$ went through with out a problem. So i try 10$ and it declined. So my bank is showing me I have 25$ left, I try using it to buy wp and it declines. O_o

Was there a successful purchase of WPE prior to this attempt at least within the last 24 hours?

I use  credit card,  pior as in a few days or so ago yes. and weeks before that. But as of today i can't seem to get it to let me purchase the wp i want.

Please contact your bank about the limitation issue and the decline error message, a support ticket to the Payment and Billing department should be considered as well.
