I've been disassembling quite a few items but every time I do it, I don't receive any items. Is this normal? Is acquiring items from disassembling a random chance?

There is an high fail rate
At a point that no one disassemble now

daily quests usually give pollinium as a reward, check the quest boards in the villages and cities

Or try opening pandora boxes, they have a high chance of dropping 5 poli.
