I've been trying to find ways to alter my game accounts under a single email because I created them a long time ago under different circumstances at that time. Now it is good and all except for that one game account I have. Nothing wrong with it, only the name itself is a personal issue that I've been trying to resolve for some time.

 

So I was looking around to see at first if you could change the name of the game account, though that option was shot soon afterward by the page that had my question "Can I change my account name?". So next I was wondering if you could suspend the account instead so I submitted a ticket explaining what my reasons were. Of course that was also shot down, but they never explained to me why it was denied (a reason or some bull-_- would've been fine instead of refuting what was already knowledge you can find or will come across soon), So then I asked if it was possible to transfer the game account to another registered WP account and that question is still hanging in the air.

 

So I figured I should also post to see if there's any plausible way to make a new account after the max limit is reached. It has be with the same e-mail for financial reasons, thus I ask once more:

 

Is there a way to free up a game account slot of the registered WP account so you can create a new game account of the same game under the same WP account?

... That may be a tad confusing so to put it into simpler terms:

Can you remove a game account under the WP account so you can create a new one for the same game?

For some reason, MMORPG accounts can't be deleted. I actually had this issue with WoW and even Blizzard Support told me they cannot delete an extra account I had. Did you ever pay for anything on the account you're trying to get rid of? I'm GUESSING that the reason they can't delete the account is for monetary record-keeping since the amount of accounts with transactions have to match their financial records so it doesn't look like they got free money/generated money artificially (don't know if that's actually the case, but it's the only plausible explanation I can think of).

Blizzard did move my extra account to another Battle.net account I created so it should be possible for WarpPortal to move your game account to another WP account.

Thanks for the reply, Zero. No I don't believe I have put money into the game account, although I did purchase WP Energy but for the other accounts I had on it. There shouldn't be any problems on screwing their record up (though I could imagine it would be a pain to have to modify ALL the records of that account.)

 

But there could be hope yet still, at least.

Just make it clear in your ticket you want to move a game account from one WarpPortal account to another. If they still can't figure it out, seek Campitor.
