Sir/ Mam... please restore my account in roseonline name >snip< it was banned last few years... i lost in interest in playing this game because of my block account... last time i played it was in public ... someone using my account for some unknown activities... please response my inquiry ... i really miss my character... please ...  get back my account (((((

Unfortunately, no one here at the forum can help you- you need to deal with support directly. I've removed the account information from your post, but you should include that and any other pertinent information when you make your ticket.
