Hi,
Every time I start Rose Online, the Gravity Interactive screen appears and just stays there. It doesn't load to the Login Screen at all. Whenever I minimize and clicked on the program again, the dialog boxes appear like so:

STB file[ 3DDATA\STB\LIST_Cap.STB ] open error !!!

STB file [ 3DDATA\STB\LIST_CLAN_COLOR.STB ] open error !!!

STB file [ 3DDATA\STB\LIST_APPRAISAL_STAT.STB ] open error !!!
I've tried reinstalling the game three times, downloaded the latest patch, and every try did not work. I'm currently on Windows 7 Professional. If anyone can help me resolve this issue, I would appreciate it! Thank you
