I've heard that they're going over reports of foul play which need to be investigated before prize distribution. Something about AP.

I will be distributing prizes for the tournament as soon as I am able. The holdup was waiting for all of the teams to write in with character names and what they wanted upgraded as well as the amount of time needed to get prizes for the Halloween Contest distributed before that.
