Hello! I just want to ask if I should put charm on my scout for better buffs? Well im planning to do a pvp scout not a buffer scout so should I still put cha? because i dont see the point in levelling my buffs if my cha is too low so i need expert opinion   thank you!

 

Oh and I know this topic should be in the hawker section but no one bothered answering it there so I transferred it here

If you want good buffs, then yes add charm. If you don't care about your self buffs, then don't bother.
