it does exactly what it says it does...if use heal over time formula will be worse than it is now... u can hit a player once and move on to the next one expecting the previous to be dead.
it hits twice and heals twice. thats what the description says right?
wiki is wrong and that little statement under wiki skill page is whats perpetuating the idea that it is bugged lol...
