Okay Im new. Im wondering if this is free to play because i was about to play ragnarok back a few years ago until I saw Pay to Play so... i was wondering if its FreetoPlay now or still pay to play.

It's both. Valkyrie server is free-to-play while Ymir and Yggdrasil servers are pay-to-play.
