Still working on figuring out the audio issues... not as many tutorials about livestream audio as you'd think there'd be.

8 questions atm. If you could answer all of them it would be much appreciated, since I haven't asked anything in Tiki for ages. Due for a bulk post ;p

 

Would you be able to update the fansite kit with the art assets + other things by the same artist of the trans and 3rd classes that were shown on the Fall Brawl signup landing page? Artist in question is S.of.L.

 

Updates on what's currently holding Classic Sakray back from going live? Still the connectivity thing?

 

Would you be open to adding new enchantment options to high-end gear like the Valk stuff on Classic, for neutral or elemental resists, HP/SP etc? Nothing gamebreaking ofc. Clearing some of the surplus gears off the server with break chances and adding versatility to them once enchanted would be very nice! omg we NEED more neutral resist that isn't just GR and co.

 

Can we get BG Supplies revised so Blues have the correct weight ratio, and possibly deincentivise BG for supplying purposes in other ways so people actually get out into the world instead of afk/bot farming it? Reference.

 

Following on from the BG and supply thing, could this be considered (see quote)?

 

If anything, GSB drops should be expanded to mobs in Mid to High-Tier dungeons like the upper floors of Bio, Nogg, Jup, GH, Geffenia, etc, and be added as a selectable reward from TI counts as an alternative to lump sum EXP. Get people out there and playing instead of sitting in BG all day every day. They can still BG, but it shouldn't be the go-to solution for every player and guild's supplying needs.

 

Would it be possible to remove Crystal Fragments from GSBs? A surplus of them is actually quite gamebreaking. People can still farm them the normal way if they want stock.

 

Would you guys be able to give us a bit more time to respond to proposed additions and changes for Classic instead of mentioning it the day of or day before implementation? At least one maint cycle of notice would be nice.

 

Regarding the stalled Item Description Cleanup Project, would you be able to provide the item tables and luas to us so we can get to work on standardising the description text? Having source files like that would make it so much easier to take the project on, instead of using external DBs and unofficial, often outdated or incorrect references.

 

Will BFG [1]s be getting their slot next maint? Answered!

Also can we give it and Bra Hat the descriptions that were originally proposed for them in the 2015 headgear proposal thread? They were both more interesting/fun descriptions than what we have now, not sure why they were changed!

Will subject aura ever get a description? Feels like it should have something cool to describe it

 

Also, I heard through the grapevine about potential new pets or requests so I got three questions stemming from that:

 

1) have you found ways to fix the existing pets (not specifically, but generically any remaining bugs with existing pets)

 

2) would the new pets be official or iRO custom (aka. official pet art, animations etc)?

 

3) is there talk of an updated pet talk script?

is it possible to put Early Fall Costume Box in Fire Sale again? Cuz I just came back from the military, didn't even have a chance to purchase the box.

We can't reveal when boxes get put up for sale again, but there will be additional opportunities to get it in the future.

1) Can you provide some details on the TLAPD event going in tomorrow? (e.g. where to start)
2) For the fishing quest, there is one tattered map that has been broken for over a year at this point; can you please fix it? people have combed the entire map and have been unable to find/interact with it. if it's on the map, it might not be in a spot reachable by normal players:

 

Camp has told me that "not all maps are accurate" so it could be pirates drunk on rum giving inaccurate directions.

This spot is still not fixed and I got like five maps that need this spot.

3) Is it possible to up the % drop rate for jitterbug teeth? I've ended an entire run with only 2 teeth before, on VIP. It's likely that non-vips can often end up with 0 teeth. The rewards are random as well so you need a lot in order to get what you're looking for. I'd suggest getting one teeth per boss encounter guaranteed. I've gotten two teeth from one boss before, so just remove the 2nd tooth from the loot table and just make the one tooth 100%.

4) will boxter be updated tomorrow for the drake groove pack?

 

Boxter will get updated the week after the next lucky box comes in.

It may still be a bit early to ask but would it be possible for certain nerfed pRO gears and items updated with their current status and effects?

 

There's a lot in the market and you wouldn't know if their effects are implemented or reduced.

It won't be long before WoE 1 and 2 hit Thor along with the investment system so do we have any counter plans on hoarded zeny and misc stacks hidden by other players ?

 

FallenRecovery process is almost done as far as I can see. Will we see the migration package soon ? End of the month , perhaps ?

 

I was wondering if you could put up a special eat gear dedicated for nerfed pRO items in exchange for certs or anything nice. Will ya guys consider it ?

 

Any updates on in game bot reporting ? Outside forums are filled with screenshots of bot squads but we couldn't report their exact location since they only stop by in Payon's Kafra .

 

How many weeks more before we say goodbye to Mesmerist in Thor ?

 

Word of mouth came to me about quitting Thor players with various reasons including failed restoration and unknown series of banning here and there . Will there be an event soon enough to lure them back ? The server can't afford higher attrition at the moment so let us know how we can help.

 

Any plans on Mrs Hammer visiting soon?

Hey Oda i have one question. Is it possible to change  PvP mechanics to WoE mechanics? Reason why i ask this is because no on uses battle grounds, and the other PVP settings. So s it possible to make the whole of pvp Just WoE setting?

Oda i get that not all maps are accurate; indeed there are several others whose treasure spots are not matching up with the spot listed in the picture. the fact is that people have tried finding the treasure mound on this map and haven't been able to discover it, ever. hence we are asking that you reconfirm that it is indeed present on the map in question and that it is accessible by someone with a normal non-gm client.
