sooooo... say if i have fire armour and jakk garment, will the fire damage received be 25%-30% or 25*(100-30)%?

make that garment a nid, would that be redundant or 25*(100-[30+7])%?

25% of (100%-30%-7%)
using fire ele armor just simply reducing the final fire element dmg by 75%
