Hi guys!
i am lv 93 Whitesmith and i am in the process of thinking the best possible MVP Gear/Stats Distribution for my Mechanic since i am already preparing for this!

I was thinking the Following:

*Top Headgear: (Dark Pinguicula Card) Vanargand+9  (what other card could help?)
*Mid Headgear: (Gemini-S58 Card) Black Devil's Mask or Robo Eye or Filir's Pinions     (what is the best?)
*Bot Headgear: CD in Mouth or Jin Marin Balloon or Pencil in mouth        (what is the best?)
*Shield: (alice card) +9 Valkyrja Shield
*Weapon: +9 Pile Bunker
*Garment: (raydrick card) +9 FAW Spell 19 (that's what i have atm i bet EA10 is better)
*Armor: (pecopeco card) +10 Bakonawa Scale Armor (Bayani)
*Boots: (firelock card) +9 E.Variants or +9 TempDex BP/EA4 (what's best)

I will be able to have everything of those in the following month or so.

Pure STATS at 135lv(irodb character sim):

Str:100
Agi:60
Vit:80
Int:40
Dex:100
Vit:80
Luk:20

Are those stats any good for MVPing?

Your EQ seems good!

U.HG: Dark P. if you need the damage. But you said you have +9 Upper Headgears? Then a Carat would be good for more SP or even a KK for Cast Reduction. If you will use Knuckle Boost a lot (like in Bakonawa Instance) then a White Tiger Hat/Drooping Eddga is awesome.
M.HG: Hmm... if you have some slotted mids, then you can go with some Status Reduction or even immunity Cards like Nightmare Card or the Gemini. Most of the time, you wont need a Gemini though or are you planning to WOE too? I do have a couple of Elemental Reduction mids  and a Nightmare Carded one. Besides them... you could use a Dark P. for more ATK or a Tower Keeper Card for more Cast Reduce.
L.HG: Stat Increasing L.HG or something that gives you more ATK.

Armor: Good thing for Mado´s, you can switch your Element everytime w/o to have all Elemental Armors with you. I would say that besides of Brynhild, +3 Stated Valk Armors would be good. Dunno if you have access to MVP Cards so yes, Peco, Deadly/Unfro. and Shadow would be good to have. But you can keep your Bako Scale, if you aint need the Unbreakability. The new Hero Trade Mail seems okay too.
Garment: I am a Fan of the Giant Faceworm + Time Boot Combo. Besides this, Keep your Spell FAW for faster Cast till you get a EA enchanted one. Go with Wakwak or Ray.
Boots: Depends...120 DEX and EA enchanted DEX boots with Hawkeye, if you need the Fixed Cast reduce and do want full Damage potential of Knuckle Boost. But in the long term, 120 STR and STR Boots with EA Enchant and Bears Power are better and do more for your Arm Cannon Damage. Kiting an enemy with Mechanic and then Strike with Arm Cannon is better then the Tank and DPS style Royal Guards do with Vanishing Point (in my Opinion).
Accessory: 2x Expert Rings with G.Scara, Improved/Advanced Flame Lord Ring, Bakonawa Agimat Tattoo or the Physical Enhancer Ring with G.Scara Cards.

I am a new player (2 months old) and have no VIP so,I was thinking of gathering zeny by vending and Start Breaking BBs at 135lv for more chances to get MVP cards, that's why i needed an all around MVP gear focused a bit more towards Def/Element-boss-status reduction!
At the moment my accessories are 1x Merchant emblem 1x Glorious ring Combo. Should i change them to 2x Merch Emblems?

On the MVP card on armor issue: I was thinking that, putting MVP cards on MVP specific armors (like my bako bayani) is kinda counterproductive because i need those equips in order to get MVP cards for my future WoE/PVP gear


On your comment about FAW. you said go with wakwak or ray. did you mean to Say Menblatt? because AFAIK menblatt adds Ranged DMG.

120 STR = 60 ATK more from WakWak Card is more worth for Arm Cannon Damage then the Manblatt Bonus 10% Ranged Bonus on 100 DEX (I tested it).
If the new Verus Stuff comes out with the Accs. adding a huge more Power to Knuckle Boost, you could consider Menblatt.

But then again... will you use other Characters using Ranged% modifiers? If yes, then yes, go with Menblatt Card.

Hmmm have you tested 120Dex+meblatt also? Is wakwak+120str still better?

No i have no other ranged chars.

You aint need 2 MOHs, MoH + G.Ring is a good balanced combo of attack and reductions.

Yes, actually a 120 STR build with egliable Time Boots and Wakwak in Garment is better. But absolutly go with EA if you would like to get a new FAW.

One more Question.

What Card On FAW EA10: Raydrick, WakWak, or Menblatt and why.

Ray for Reduction Menblatt for the Damage. With a full EA enchanted FAW and EA Enchant on any Time Boots, Menblatt is doing more damage even with Arm Cannon (i assume you do have 100+ DEX).

I tested it with a 120STR+DEX build. Best combination for all my skills I used damage wise (Vulcan Arms, Knuckle Boost and Arm Cannon) was a FAW EA10 with Menblatt + STR Boots - EA4/Bears Power. You can use Hawkeye, if you are using KB/VA a lot.

i think i can get my SP to be high 6000 or low 7000 and make SD dmg of 710k.

I just made a +7 Bungisgis Turkey hat for WoE yesterday.

Your stat distribution is really nice and all around..

From what i see you invest heavily on sp. Is that your versatile "support WoE/Mvp build"? I am thinking about making a similar one for WoE. the only exceptions are:
+9 cranial Valk Shield, +9bungisngis Turkey, Ghostring Valk armor STR+3 and Handkerchief (for demihuman reduct).

nope, that SP gears are just my setup for mvping. in daily life i use:
+9 CoD/WPH/+9maestro turkey
alarm mask/octo baloon/chewing gum
elemental armors
+9 pile bunker
racial round buckler/alice valk/hodre valk/cranial valk/anti medium valk
+9 deviant ea10FAW/+9 deviant spell 18 FAW/+9 flamel HBP
temp dex ea4 bear power/temp dex spell5/variant shoes
2x medal of honor/2x spell enhanted RWC pendants/ pendant of chaos

Why are you investing so heavily on SP for mvps? arent they easy to kill with Aggro/tank gear? I thought that spamming ArmCannon lv3 was enough to kill medium difficulty ones at 130+lv

coz i mvp using SD build to one shot and SD dmg amplified greatly by SP.
of course i can kill those using arm cannon since i able to solo bios island. the reason i use SD is just because i want to be flashy and testing hoW high SD can go.

you can ask fuyuki in game after/before woe if you want.

plus, you can save budget for healing item :v
and it is great if you have comp since you probably will want to deal the highest amount of burst damage and burst the mvp asap
just blow up the mvp.
