looks into defender guild at all server.
you think they are is true?
i want SUSPEND MY RUBY NOW. !!!!
dev can't understand how to be a nice player. im
a ruby buyer and im a master guild. and
now, i can't manage my team.
dev only understand.
cheat on game = criminal.
criminal = banned.
unblocked all master guild & player indo, or give us back the ruby !.
please fixed it ...

Please submit a support ticket, the GM team does not handle suspension matters on forums.
You may also start a private conversation with ROVU CM Jello Shaker regarding that.

i hope dev can reply my ticket.
but my ticket is not delivery.
i send with email at rovu playstore & warpportal.
and not worked.
i think the email not active anymore.
like irwan liu, this is so tragic
dev only baned master guild, thats for a master guild can't manage the team. dev to forget, we always payment cash for some rubiest.
this is really disappointed.
and the justice for ruby buyer is = master guild got banned because the guild team have a highest score at prelimination war. this is a solution? think it !
i already submit ticket at 19 september. yesterday.

What do you mean by not delivered? Are you getting any sort of error messages when choosing to submit?

the email rovu is not active every i submit ticket.
no notification every i finishied submit a tiket.
but now. jello create a forum, so thank u, it will be easy to start chat with him

The notifications should be sent to your email, have you checked the Spam folder on your email account?
If you have a support account it will be a lot easier to track down your ticket status than relying on email notifications.
