Fix MP system suggestions?

Hi all, would like to know all players suggestions and opinions about the current MP system, to make it a useful and important stat not only for Radiants, but for all classes.

With the current system, not only every Class can "spamm" any skill without any MP problem, but it also makes many items and skills based on MP pretty useless.

one of suggestion im thinking for warlords ( its one classes that have lot mana issues at low lv / lving) its changing the skill art of war ( that skill that give extra mp but u lose hp, passive) its useless skill, who will put points on that ?

 

im thinking to new art of war : less % mana cost at skills  ( 2% lv ) , that would help lot of troubles , i would invest at that

It`s spoiled Milk Kazara, they only think oh don`t nerf my Mana^^

 

The Game is hard enough already - i still can`t solo ET.

 

The Game went so Easy i think the Title "Horror" Game don`t really fit anymore. 

 

It`s no Horror if i can solo the biggest ,evil looking son of a gun in Game 24/7 like easy peasy^^

 

But how can you blame the Player when the Dev`s support such a Ego shooter Perspective.

 

For me the Game felt much more rewarding in the Past. Now everything went inflation.

 

It`s only about Consuming the Game anymore. Not enjoying.

I feel the current regeneration in the game detracts from potential survival horror aspects. I think you should have a much larger pool of HP and MP. Somewhere around 10x as much with much lower damage. Something on the scale of 40k HP, and attacks do around 500 for player verse player. Then have absolutely no HP/MP regen, and the pots you can carry are limited. Because of the limited quantity, the player has the decide the best way to use their existing resources and finding something like a pot on an enemy would be great. Then have HP/MP regenerate, and pots replenishable when you reach a designated safe area or town.

The Game had Role Play Aspects in the Past. And the Environment felt much more Dangerous.

 

You had to slowly grow up like into a Long Time Adventure Game. You had the feeling "to better not to go to far into the new Map"

 

You could die any Moment here. Special at NM Time. Now you rush from 1-90 like wandering through Disneyland.

 

Just adding another Zero to the Boss HP feels like a Trick not a achievement after killing him. I could write here Endless about this Degeneration.

 

It won`t help if the Developer don`t even see the Problems.

Maybe u guys dont remember.

 

There was a live stream in the past were Alteris was talking about mana/rec changes. Told him to not turn mana into an useless stat and thats exactly what he did after.

There were times u had to put mana pots in the skill rotations to not run out of it. Radis blessed revelation was a must in raids, otherwise ppl had to sit down and rec.

 

Just smash the buttons, theres no reason to use ur brain

i was actually thinking about this yesterday tbo-----yes mana is never spoken of and i think having it usefull would be nice.

 

 

1 i dea was that certain casters could have special skill to consume a % mana ammount when hit or take a powefull hit ... in simple words

 

999 damage taken- 333 is taken from mana so u take 666 damage and 333 ddmg to mana.

 

 I like this Idea specially when u know u fixing to get -_- up u can pop this skill and take less dmg :) first I dead I had :)

I think they should bring back the old MP RECOVERY :

Now it is :

 

Sitting :  100% of the total value

Standing : 45% of the total value

In Combat : 30% of the total value (in start S2 was 16%!!!!)

 

New ones should be :

 

Sitting : 100% of the total value

Standing : 30% of the total value

In Combat : 15% of the total value

 

Then, they should remove the Treasure Dungeon buffs MP Recovery/HP Recovery.

Most people wants HP/Stats from TD, so it wouldn't only help the MP system lol.

With this 2 easy changes, MP related items/skills would already be much more used as it was in the past.

I don't agree with removing those from td, or the 15%
Only because that demolishes ms rads.

That would penalize all classes, radi would be the last to be "demolished" I think, since they have lots of mp recovery, and buff too. Maybe they could improve the templar mp recovery buff from 20% to 50% so it wouldn't affect ur ms rad so much. But main problem is the in Combat mp recovery that they increased too much...

Yeah but increasing the recovery of br would just be the same as having those td buffs. Well almost.
I agree that MP needs to be fixed, and that most classes do need a heavy nerf on their MP regen. I just don't want to see rads suffer.
This is for both pve and pvp btw. My ms rad can use ms during raids and not have trouble keeping up with aoe dmg and dots. But nerfing the regen that much, will make it impossible to use ms.

Nop, because it wouldn't penalize the Radiant MP recovery. And also would make the buff MUCH more useful.

i mean, you right, but at the same time, with the current 16 buff limit, im not entirely sure this is that helpful. considering how many buffs there are these days.

if they were to increase the cap to lets say 25 buff? then i would agree 100% with you
