Returning player question from about 5 to 7 years ago.

 

 

1. Can I still learn optional skills after transcending?

 

 

2. Is there an NPC for learning it faster like the first aid skill and play dead skill. (I noticed the tutorial is now different.)

 

 

3. Is there a much simpler job change npc like the one in tutorial for second job and transcending?

 

 

4. Are there any daily quests other than the ones from EDEN I should take note off and do?

you can still learn the optional skills after transcending. you need to do the actual quest; same for turning in to 2nd class. as a transcendent 1st class you can just return to the place where you turned into 1/1 high novice and become the transcendent 2nd class.

• Yes, the plat skills are already there after you trans and get to your first job from novice. The plat skill for second job isn't, you have to redo them. Trans novice skills are there after you trans, so you dont need to do them neither.

 

 

2. Is there an NPC for learning it faster like the first aid skill and play dead skill. (I noticed the tutorial is now different.)

• Nope, you just have to go find a guide and do it, if you are merchant you should just get cart revo and that +5 str skill. If you are smith get the greed skill, rest you can just leave them alone. 

 

 

3. Is there a much simpler job change npc like the one in tutorial for second job and transcending?

• Nope, you just have to do it for you second job, transcending job is easier since you just have to read the ygg book in Juno, and talk to the corresponding npc (almost the same as rebirth except way shorter).

 

4. Are there any daily quests other than the ones from EDEN I should take note off and do?

 

• They are called the board quests, some cities will have them boards standing out in a line, those are the one that you probably saw. Link below should help you

• Annnd you should make a ranger if you aren't very well funded, its easier to level as a ranger as they are less gear intensive than others.
