Did you create a warpportal account and a Dragon Saga game account yet?

You do need to create a specific DragonSaga game account within your warpportal account to be able to log in the game.

 

The password only allows english letters and numbers (A  to Z ......123456...etc), did you use any uncommon letters/signs for your ingame password  maybe?

If so just go into your Warpportal account and change the password of your DS game account.

 

Sometimes it happens that your warpportal account allows you to set a DragonSaga game password which is exact one space longer as the game login wants it to be. Could this be the case?

If so, just go into your warpportal account and change your DragonSaga game account password.
