I'm curious on this enchant hawkeye gives a better dmg but drain sp(does this matter when mvping?) while lucky day increase crit and the warg rate(I'm thinking a better hitlock possibly?) just want to know the pros of this enchant over hawkeye which seems superior to me honestly.

increases your arrow damage by a bit, makes you crit basically 100% of the time, makes your warg attack 100% of the time, gives 20 p. dodge as well.

Hawkeye increases your arrow and warg damage, thats it, basically.

well you can get 100% crit without the proc  so its increase dmg abit(slightly noticeable but no where near hawkeye) makes warg proc 100%( does this help with hitlock or more or less the same?) p dodge that can help abit tanking slaves

It's also far easier to proc and keep constant when using a CD in Mouth, since it procs from both magical and physical hits

Yes, considering Warg procs are what combine with ASPD to provide hitlock "for faster moving enemies".

No, actually magic works wonderfully on hitlocking because it ignores endure effect. Try using eddga/rudo or endure itself while being hit by magic, you will flich the same way

Actually, for faster MVPs like say... Baphomet etc, CD can cause issues with hitlocking. As it has been stated, hitlocking occurs with natural 193 aspd (7 hits per second) + hits provided by the warg when it procs. Using a CD in Mouth technically causes a delay in the original hits per second (even if only ever so slight), but will still have a noticable effect on fast moving MVPs.

 

For example you could run a CD in Mouth with 40% Warg Chance, 193 ASPD on say... RSX, and there would be no issue, but the second you try it on something like Thanatos, Baphomet or Cenia then it will break the hitlock UNLESS you happen to be lucky and get 5~6 of your hits to proc your warg, then it is likely they will stay hitlocked.

 

But ultimately without 100% chance at warg proc then there is always that small chance that the warg could "never" proc within 7 attacks and that would break hitlock regardless.

 

Warg always comes down to warg proc luck vs kill speed vs enemy movement.

And with cd in mouth+ 193 aspd you never run out of lucky day the moment it procs, so you get 100% warg chance, 7hits+7wargs+ 7 diff bolt casts per second is a pretty good hitlock. It comes a bit of rng too but shouldnt be too much issue. The downside of CD is the cast delay it will set you the whole time, so if you need to rebuff or whatever i recomend to remove it a few seconds before, and then switch back

Mmm true, I think we can all agree, it all comes down to the luck of all procs involved for a perfect hitlock... that or grab a 2nd auto warger and both hitlock an enemy for 100% sexy times.

Because it doesnt adds a significative aspd boost like agi boots, and for dmg boost it falls way behind temp luk for autos. The only point for temp dex boots goes for aimbolt build, like my ranger.

i was thinking about the damage of wargs from the bonus dex anyway i guess LUK TB it is :)

Can somebody post a vid with CD in mouth to settle wether it breaks/helps hitlocking on MVPs, multiple vid on varrying MVPs would be great
