Community Manager: CM for short. We are staff members who are assigned to individual game communities to communicate the feedback from the community to the production team and to set up events to keep the community engaged. We write up newsletters, update the websites and manage the social networks for the game like twitter and facebook.
The CMs we have right now are Maridah (RO2), Jello Shaker (Mobile Titles) and me (RO1)
So.. from all those job descriptions, which of them exactly you would say you have done responsibly?
1. Are you passing forward all the feedbacks that you obtain from support tickets and from lurking through the forum to the right person in charge, and keeps yourself updated with those progress?
Yes, this information gets sent to the producer (Campitor), from there we report it to the devs or work on a fix internally.
2. What was the last event that you have organized?
We had a Warpportal Game night event recently, and we just concluded a T-Shirt contest, and announced a PVP tournament.
3. We have a newsletter? Can you post a link to the latest one please?
We haven't put out a new RO newsletter recently, we were waiting on Rebellion so we could announce that and 14.3.
4. Have you been updating the website and check for correctness and readability?
Because those spellflow shadow gears descriptions are still wrong and the pictures are still missing despite having been released for more than 2 working days.
I have been updating the website, I haven't been able to make changes to that page yet.
