also, is there a list somewhere of all the eligible headgears that can be turned into a costume with the alora npc? I mean I dug up this post from heimdallr in 2012 that had like the initial set of 4 (Spiky Band, Goggles, Jack a Dandy, Angel Wings) but surely the list has expanded since then?

When are we getting the guild storage update?

Transferring account bound items form Steam account to Non-Steam Accounts (under different Email).

 

1. Is it allow? Yes or No?

2. If Yes, what items(KVM/Glorious equips, EMB, RWC accessories, etc) can we get transfer?

 

It would be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Community Manager: CM for short. We are staff members who are assigned to individual game communities to communicate the feedback from the community to the production team and to set up events to keep the community engaged. We write up newsletters, update the websites and manage the social networks for the game like twitter and facebook.

The CMs we have right now are Maridah (RO2), Jello Shaker (Mobile Titles) and me (RO1)

So.. from all those job descriptions, which of them exactly you would say you have done responsibly?

1. Are you passing forward all the feedbacks that you obtain from support tickets and from lurking through the forum to the right person in charge, and keeps yourself updated with those progress?

 

Yes, this information gets sent to the producer (Campitor), from there we report it to the devs or work on a fix internally. 

2. What was the last event that you have organized?

 

We had a Warpportal Game night event recently, and we just concluded a T-Shirt contest, and announced a PVP tournament.

3. We have a newsletter? Can you post a link to the latest one please?

 

We haven't put out a new RO newsletter recently, we were waiting on Rebellion so we could announce that and 14.3. 

4. Have you been updating the website and check for correctness and readability?

Because those spellflow shadow gears descriptions are still wrong and the pictures are still missing despite having been released for more than 2 working days.

 

I have been updating the website, I haven't been able to make changes to that page yet.

NO to those usable items from pRO that are not working anymore, especially BigBuns/Fish slice and Guyak, use Ygg and Speed pots instead.

the usual, comment on when is rebellion gonna hit Sakray, and maybe when we might get Domovois?

 

We're still waiting to get Rebel for internal testing, but projecting early November to get it on Sakray. No word on getting monsters from Ragnarok Odyssey added.

What kind of future prospects is Warpportal hoping to see for 1st and 2nd quarters of 2016 being sent from HQ?

 

We are requesting a 2016 dev schedule from HQ.

do you have an update on the in-game bot reporting tool? how will you plan on selecting the people to use it? will it be an application process similar to how you select vmods?

 

The issue with distributing the reporting tool was having an authentication method so people can't just give the plugin files to people who were not authorized to be part of the program.

Do you have any plans to implement New World on Classic? I think we're almost all aware of the limitations at this point and why we dont have it yet. If there's no plans to implement it, are there any plans to make the gear available to use through other methods? There's some cool and useful items in there that would be nice to have available, giving people more options/things to work towards.

 

We don't have plans to introduce the New World, but we can make the gears from these maps available through other means.

1. I viewed some of characters equipment. MVP cards like Hall off abyss/Biolabs 4 MVP cards are still compounded in their equipment. What are your plans with these items upon opening WOE 1 and 2 in thor server? Do you think there will be fairness if these are characters joins in WOE having these MVP carded equips coming from PRO migration?

 

2.Those KVM overupgraded equips +13 above.How will you handle those characters having these items if WOE1 and 2 be implemented in Thor server?.Can you maintain fairness inside WOE castles?

 

3.I saw a characters having Ephemeral Megingjard in their character. These items should be wiped during pro migration and yet I still saw someone has it.
