im from PH and since my only option for buying WP is Boku i have to endure the stress it gives me whenever i try to buy WP.im using a network provider which only give me the option of buying 321WP($4) at a time then i have to wait around 30mins again because it keeps on giving me this "Whoa, you've requested a lot of payments!" but lately waiting is not even an option because it will keep on give you the same warning even tho you wait for an hour. just imagine i was only able to buy 900+wp for the past 3 hours 
here i am a subscriber/customer who is willing to pay and yet i have to experience this kind of thing
