Help i already submit my ticket in warpportal 3 times but it keeps saying "This is an automated response to let you know that we have your recent submitted ticket in our system and tickets are responded to in the order they are received." with no information on how to retrieve my account i was banned because i tried selling items for real money or RMT is there anyway that i can retrieve it because i cant see my view tickets on my support page i dont know what to do if someone can help me please give me a guide! *sobs

From the main page of WP Support Center and after a successful login to your support account, click on Preferences and find the option to Verify the support account. Supposedly the View Tickets option appears to verified accounts so try that and let us know.

 

Some other important things to note about the ticket system:

  • Do not at any means send multiple tickets of the same, spamming is not going to expedite your ticket resolution.
  • A ticket automatically closes if the user wish not to reply to a ticket's response after a set of hours.
  • If your issue is not resolved and the ticket happens to be closed you may use re-open feature and send a new reply using the same ticket.
  • Ticket contents should not be disclosed on forums, if the resolution was not satisfactory private message Warnhal or a moderator.
