As some of you may have noticed. The Thor server merger left us with some items that ideally should not exist. Examples of that included over upgraded items, MVP a handful of MVP and Mini boss cards, and carded costume items.

 

We will do our best on our end to remove these items however, we sadly at this time cannot search the entirety of the thor server and locate all the items. The game is just not setup this way and kRO still has not provided us with the tool to do so.

 

So what are we going to do you may ask? Well if we find one of these items we are going to reduce it to where it should be. If an item is upgraded about +15 and not refined on iRO we will reduce it to +15. If the MVP card did not come from iRO we will remove it. If the costume has cards, we will remove them.

 

Now you can help us in this process. If you see anything funky please let us know by submitting a ticket to https://support.warpportal.com Title the ticket "Thor Merger Items" make sure to include a character name in the ticket. We will then look through that accounts character inventories, carts, and storages and remove all bad items we can find.

just had a chance to look over the tiki tues video. in regards to how WP is planning on handling kvm right now:

i may be getting confused here, but it sure sounds like what they're doing is that they're disabling any special effects beyond +15 refine rates on kvm weapons. the thing is, the effects are already capped at +14! ergo, this is a pointless "fix"

Oda also mentions that the atk refinement will be unaffected until the gear is all eventually downgraded. this means that someone with a +20 kvm weapon will have all the atk bonus that an item upgraded to +20 will retain. AFAIK, this is what players were worried about in the first place. So what is being "fixed" to begin with?

Also, based on Campitor's post, it looks like the refinement level for everything is going to be capped at +15, not +12 as originally stated back when the migration first began. This will be a problem if there is eventually a server migration. i'm positive there are more +15s in thor than there are on chaos at this point.

same difference. hopefully it'll be so far down the road we won't need to worry. my point about the kvm still stands though. it doesn't look like anything is being "fixed"

if there are 2,000+ Accounts  in THOR i think its not that hard to check them one by one for the sake of the word "BALANCE"
You already did manage to check or fix hundreds of fallen account why not do the same on searching those +20 Gears, Boss Cards etc..??


duhhh i can't even see the reason why its sooooo hard for you to check a thousand accounts...
you can simply hire contractual employees just to FIX these so called issues!  or maybe the income you're getting on THOR SERVER is not enough to do more extra efforts for the sake of the SERVER???

if there are 2,000+ Accounts  in THOR i think its not that hard to check them one by one for the sake of the word "BALANCE"

They were able to have a list of characters through our individual pms back in fallen issues.so its a 2 way process. I guess they needed again an individual report on characters through ticketing and I thought getting character names are much safer and convenient.
