Guillotine Katar for Demi-Humans, For general use, dual wielding. Then it depends on the target. Most commonly, a high upgraded RTE on main hand and either ice pick or [4] weapon in offhand. There can be a lot of variations depending on the target, regarding things such as target size, defense, etc.

My guillotine cross will be focused on PvP. So I was thinking of a good weapon for PVP for my cross impact skill. Sorry I wasn't more specific

Guillotine katar then, if you cant afford Samurai or Thanatos, skel worker is the best one(better than hydra yes)
Forgive my ignorance but, are two swords not a better option? Again, forgive my transgressions.

Guillotine Katar has 30% boost to Cross Impact, if you dont know how it works, basically, if you do 100k, with it you do 130k. Plus, wearing a katar you have full access to all of your skills( Rolling Cutter, Cross Ripper Slasher). If you really want to dual wield then you need to go for a +9~12 Glorious Flambergue on main hand, and Ice Pick[Skel Worker] in the offhand, for high def enemies. Glorious Flambergue + Glorious gladius is not a bad option, but its expensive to make 2 glorious weapons past +10.

Would using 2 +10 Glorious Flambergues work out? Would you also know how much it would cost? Thank you for answering my inquiries.

There's no point in using 2 swords, the left hand weapon wont contribute for your damage aside from the % bonus, and sword has worse aspd modifier than dagger, making fast chain CI harder. The price depends, you "cant" buy kvm weapons aside frok buying OPBs, wich would result in 500~600m per weapon, and making it past +10 its all about luck, you can do it with some millions, or spend billions and be unlucky and not make.
How do you turn OPBs into KVMs?

Merry Badger in eden. OPB -> Eden Merit Badge -> KVM.
She's on floor1, near aperture.

I'd go for TT for more consistent damage.

TT of course. Samurai and Thana have the exact same defense piercing effect, exactly the same. But TT will give you additional attack acording to enemy def (ice pick effect), so TT always wins. Plus if you use it outside woe/pvp for whatever reason, SS wont work on boss monsters while TT does.

For me, wielding Glorious flam is much better than glorious dagger on CI spamming. +9 on Glorious flam gives +10% aspd.

^sword has a larger aspd penalty than a dagger. (at least on the main hand.. not sure how aspd penalty work on off hand :v )

I realized that after i equipped my 2 +9 G. Flam again. Yeah, the aspd is poor compare on their dagger counterparts except if you can reach -100% aspd penalty.
