I'm looking for a good mid armor for my lvl 108 kagerou. Currently has Special Ninja suit equiped with enchant and porcillio card He is swirling better build.

 

Any advice?

not to be confused with mid headgear, let's just use the term armor.

for any build, i'll always recommend elemental or peco tenebris for general use, unless you have more defensive mod like hp% or reduction anywhere else (enchanced variants, etc). glorious suit is ok choice, but tenebris have a helpful (or situationally annoying) illusion proc.

geffen magic robe (although this is a much more expensive alternative) comes next. ninja scale armor is even a rare choice and should only be considered if you have nothing else to improve with.

Well ninja does not have a lot of choice in term of armor anyway, so its either special ninja suit, tenebris or the ninja scale armor.

 

I've never tried Ninja Scale Armor, but out of those 2 I'd say Tenebris is much more useful since I find the autocast is much useful than the AGI bonus Special Ninja Suit gives.

FYI, the autocast will only works if you have a level 2 Illusion Shadow skill on your char.

 

A geffen magic robe is a nice choice indeed... if you can afford it.

iirc the illusion procs when you have at least lv1 of it. i don't remember what level mine is at now tho...

That is what I believe too until recently I get a level 2 Illusion shadow skill on my char. The tenebris never procc when I have it at level 1 but now it procc quite often when I'm hit.

on the armor section; (due to a bug you need to know Illusion shadow 2 or higher for the autocast to proc)
