The account vault is 100% still usable and accessible and functions as it should, not even sure why it would matter if people invested in it or not and as someone pointed out earlier you can just transfer the item(mailing or existing vault) between characters to enchant/sc it. We used to do that all the time before account vaults were ever added to the IM and no one complained, if the item soulbinds then don't equip it until you're satisfied with the enchant/sc level.

What if people only buy account vault for the point of transferring [Event] Insurance scroll (nothing else)? And why did they not do it earlier? Last time, it was fine, nothing happened. It should have been announced before it came out.

You can not simply determine what everyone uses the account vault for. And really soulsight, do you abuse or use account vault to that extent? I'm sure there's other ways than abusing a free event to enchant gear.

I know! That's why i said "restrict it next time". Forgetting is natural, I do forgive, I don't blame about it.

But u got 4 characters for sure, that all level 25 above   1 day u will get 8ISS & 4 RIS, after 1 week will be 56ISS  & 28 RIS  Still get if AFK all day.

Even if my main is fully equipped, that doesn't mean that I can't or doesn't have other characters to continue. And yes I also appreciated for this Event which giving everyone some RIS and ISS to support themselves

She's not abusing it. She's using the [Event] IS on her other characters, yes. But does that mean she's using account vault ?

What she meant is that she use the scrolls from her other characters to upgrade their equipements.

We have our "Weeks" starting on Wednesday after the maintenance. 

The armor enchant success rate is doubled from October, 14th. We can't start such event without having a maintenance due to technical limitations.

I'm just going to add. People use account vaults for many reasons. I did an IM sale today, where the buyer wanted an account vault. I personally use one to transfer pets to my noobs, and pass my community appreciation rings around to my characters (which I only own two of)

I see your point, but it seems like a client change to make a soul bound item transferable. Also, you know that there'll be people who forget to transfer it back, let their vault expire, and complain.

If so... a soulbound item supposedly is stuck in your inventory. That's why you can still transfer it while you didn't use it, and I can't see the point in removing this restriction since it makes the concept of soulbind useless kinda.

Given the characters of your account don't share the same soul that is, although it'd cause trouble were one of them to sell it to the devil.

hahaha i didnt think of that... but thats their fault entirely. i mean the number of days is stated. and even if they forget they can just buy another. If its the player's fault, wp has almost 0 reason to comply with their mistake  :/

haha i get what u mean. firstly to your question, yes.  however, to me soulbound means bounded to one charac and that others are unable to wear it. having it in the inventory wouldnt harm right? well it still means that the item can only be worn by the original wearer just that it can be passed around within the compounds of that account.
