I've been purchasing wp with VCN since March, and everything was good, i could bought the wp and such. Today i tried to buy some but  the site kept rejecting my card, the error message is "

  Invalid account number: 15006-This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type. 

 

 

is the problem lies on my end? or wp ?

Submit a support ticket to the Payment Support department, you may choose Gift Card as Type of Payment Issue when submitting for now.

 

Make sure to explain the issue you are experiencing in the ticket body. Also please make sure the payment option has sufficient funds and you are accessing WP Power-UP website from a normal place (like not on a vacation on a different geographical location than the usual) or through a proxy.
