I'm assuming my warportal account is bugged because the VIP package does not show up as an option no matter what i do. I have 1500 WPE points and im looking for the section that will allow me to convert it for VIP service and 1500 KP deal...and no matter how i go about it, doesn't show up. I checked the google guide and the actual window that is suppose to have the deals never shows up on my screen. I even went on the playro website and clicked on power up and went via that website...still can't seem to find a way to get vip package. Can someone help me? Maybe im doing something wrong and i just do not know it.

Come to think of it originally...i believe i did, then i was told i should delete steam and just download the game directly so i did that. Is this the reason? Also, if this is the case should i make a new account not registered via steam and just add my RO character to it?
