It was for both kinda. The balloons have been fixed and the soulcraft success rate has been increased a bit again. Somehow people don't feel the better success rate. Sadly I can't say anything about it this time because I won't use the event time.

Thanks for the info. It does kind of bug me that people complain about the rates though. That's the nature of RNG.It was for both kinda. The balloons have been fixed and the soulcraft success rate has been increased a bit again. Somehow people don't feel the better success rate. Sadly I can't say anything about it this time because I won't use the event time.
