Anyone having issues with Pay Pal today? I'm trying to make a purchase to buy WP and it keeps asking me for a passcode to get into Pay Pal and doesn't let me finish the transaction. Frustration level 100!

It's telling me it doesn't recognize the device, strange thing is its working with other sites. It's only showing up when I'm trying to purchase WP.

Is this your first time purchasing with that PayPal account on WP website? Have you changed locations or used a proxy?

While we wait on a follow up please try a different browser or device (prefer a PC incase you are on a mobile one).

I've changed browsers, it still not working. Just got off the phone with Paypal, and they said it should work, which is not working. It is now telling me to put in a Visa as a payment when I clearly used the option of paying with Paypal.

As of this hour PayPal payment option seems to be working without issues. Make sure to clean the cache of your browser properly then give it another go.

 

If the issue persists submit a support ticket to the payment support department.
