Hi all!

This thread has a goal to gather most if not all of the most useful (and overpowered) cards in the game.
Since cards are an integral part of the game this thread will aim to allow easy access for new players and will also be a good, evolving topic of discussion and constructive dialogue as more cards get added to the list.
I will do the compilation myself, as you provide answers! if people upvote your answers or i find them spot on(judging by your reasoning) i will pick them.

If you want your answer to be added write the EQ type the card belongs, the name, and the reason you picked it.
 

Example:
"I like Arc Angeling Card. It is a Headgear card and gives Maximum HP + 300 and double recovery if your Luk is 77+. Awesome!"

I like Soheon card. It is a weapon card and gives +1 Aspd if your weapon is a dagger at +10! +2 if its +14!

Gloom Under Night(another buff to physical class..)

 

Gioia(ghost and wind magic dmg break the limits)

Lord Knight Seyren - Headgear - It makes my gx to have more DPS than the majority of the genetics of the server.
Memory of Thanatos - Weapon - Kinda obvious, most op card for weapon, thats it.
Kathryne Keyron(MVP) - Samurai for magic

Debate still needed on Gloom Under Night.

Don't focus always on MVP cards! There are some non MVPs that are pretty BADASS. (example: Abyssmal Knight Card)

Gloom due to you being able to do 80% more damage to some creatures, like Randgris or FBH and others.

 

Kiel-D-01 for headgear for 30% delay reduction, best for RK and others.

Gloom undernight seems to me as a situational Gear. I can see it helping with some MVPs that are of the said element though. Any other reasons why i should add this?
I think most ppl would prefer tgk, pecopeco, gr or something else on their armors other than a situational luxury card.

not all mvp cards are equal, so it's not stating the obvious.

 

accessory: gold scaraba - best attack upgrade pretty much in accessory unless you got megs

 

footgear: eddga card - mob like a beast cos you can create huge ass mobs

 

weapon: dracula card - unlimited sp if you good at mobbing and clean em with huge physical aoe

Headgear: (up/mid)

Feinir Card, -70% fix cast enough said.

Kiel-D Card, one might not be powerful enough, but 2 is....

Armor:

Gloom, it's 96% dmg on angel/holy AND demon/shadow

Tao, double your HP. Who doesn't want more hp.

Weapon:

TT, ice pick effect, works everywhere, not like SS.

Drac, Leech SP, combine it with a +9 rideword, sp problem gone.

Sniper, Leech HP, combine it with a +9 rideword, hp problem gone. 

Shield:

GTB, makes every magic enemy useless. having trouble with KK, put on a gtb. Having trouble with EQ, put on a GTB. Problem Solved.

Garment:

DR, -50% phy dmg but draw back of having 50% more element dmg.

Gioia +100% ghost/wind magic, wut a great news for magic user.

Footgear:

Eddga, mob like a beast. combine it with a MS monk, you can pretty much mob the whole map in like 95% of the area in RO.

FBH, Another nice gear for magic user.

Accessory:

KBC, 

other than that...can't think of any.

I doubt Sniper card more useful than HF. For me Hunter Fly is enough to make my char immortal. And that's reason I nominate HF as one of best card ingame

 

Don't forget new garment card lik Menblatt, Petal, Cenere, Wakwak, and Antique Book (?).  They make offense more offensive. Only Antique Book is a risk, they make mage forgo defense and be more squishy.

 

Other is Rudo, because..... Toilet! xD

Sura, and Swordie Classes best paired with CEB or Isabella brown Ears, i would like to suggest to separate the upper nad mid HG TS /no1
