I thought Tatacho only worked on Neutral element monsters, not Neutral element attacks. I remember a big debate a while back, but forgot which it was.

Sadly, it doesn't work on monsters with High Int (perhaps immunity?) like Little Fatum.

I second the Manananggal cards. That thing is like a long power cord for my SP with a TKM. It keeps going and going and going...LOL.

Hmm...I'm thinking maybe separate the cards into "MVP/OP/Expensive Cards" and "Non-MVP/OP/Expensive cards", so newbies know what cards may be out of their range. Even divide cards by tiers and get the best of the cheap, the best of the mid-end, the best of the high-end. For newcomers, Roda Frog or Pupa cards are OP.

Monsters status freeze immunity can be bypassed just like players status immunity via stats. Hence why my friend's warlock can freeze celias in bio4

This will indeed require a lot more work but will be very helpful.

Speaking of cards ,  does iRO have a way to recycle unused cards ? (ones from OCA that you don't need and they are gathering dust inside yer kafra)

I was naming some cards "situational" because they are too "mode- specific" to be deemed "best". some cards are overall superior in many aspects. Hatii is godly on pvm though. excellent mob control.

smokie is only used on woe/pvp. It will be added though since you insist.

Yep that's what i will do in the near future. I will make this one a masterlist of the most useful cards and the "modes of the game" they are most useful in (MVP,PVE,PVP), followed by prices(luxury for HighEnd cards, expensive for 500-80mil cards, medium for 80-20mil and 20-0,5 the cheaper ones.

For pvp/woe a lot of classes just need AR and GR to swap and survive most things, especially classes that can stack 100 mdef

if you mean p.dodge, that would be so OP. +100 hit doesn't mean you will hit your target 100% of the time, so those two things are not exactly equal and opposite
