What does this mean? It says in there it has 1 in job level 1 in luck? Does it mean i get extra pts on luck at job level 1? or what?

Every Class in ragnarok gets Bonus Stats with job levels.

As you get job levels, you gain certain bonuses.

 

For example, a thief who is job level 6 will have +1 to both str and agi. 

 

These reset when you change jobs. So, even tho a job level 50 thief has +4 agi and +4 str, they will reset to +0 everything once they job change to assassin or rogue. But, fret not, for the rogue and assassin get their own job bonuses for various job levels. Not every job level, but some.
