Well, what just happened with me was this: in the begining, my weapon was +15 and then i checked my attendence rewards and saw that i had 5 Blessing Powder, then i tried refining it, it was ok until +19 and 1 Powder left, it went back to +10... i have no way of geting Powder unless from attendence rewards or AH and i don't have that will to play i had in low levels nor have zeny to buy in AH... How can i get blessing powder ? cause really... i'm losing my will to play this

sadly, but it's "working as intended" was it or something like that..

ranking reward boxes (6-10) give lucky powders quite often to me if you're prepared to do some grinding.

You can get Blessing powder from HHB2, April, July HHB, Drake’s Treasure Chest and Phantom Pyramid

Phantom Stones you can get from Pandora Box and Perfect Attendance Box

he only refine ONE weapon wait till he refine whole set of EQ? 

refine fail? if refine w/o fail, not just ask the game to gv all player +20?

i been there we all been there but still we all refine our EQ
