I have an ill-mannered person spamming chat with "druglord face" and "f%$# you all" in public chat.  When I try and right click his name and block him, it says that they don't exist.  I have a screen shot for any GM that needs it.  I just want to know how I can block him.  I don't need to see some one spam "f--k you all" in public rather than seeing people that need help.

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with the ill mannered player. As you know we do not tolerate this kind of behavior in any of the games. If you could please make a ticket and send in regarding the player we will be able to take care of it right away. Make sure to attach the screenshots when you make the ticket.
