This always happens after sometime of playing. When i try to equip something it gives me the message "Can't Equip/unequip right now" and I think its because of the Little Ghost Set because it only happens on the Character with the Set. Only fix is relog.

Are you using a Crossbow?

Did you activate a Skill - before fighting - like Random or Two Action Shot?

 

If "yes and yes", turn that Skill off.

 

 

Otherwise, I'm unable to help.

You indeed can't equip or unequip anything if your character isn't standing still or has any toggled skill on, I believe.

This includes using emotes, gathering in the Port of Winds farm and so on.

Ah, there's the name...

If any Paladin could tell if the time reversal and ATK buff things are.

I'm pretty sure turning into a cop doesn't let one be able to change Equipments.

You can change your equipment while Defensive, Offensive, and time reversal aura are on.

 

However you can not equip items when you are in barricade.
