I'm not experiencing this on iRO. I can cast ash when bulwark is active.

well if you mind, I would like to know your some customized ai settings, also can download and test on my homunculus. Maybe Im skipping parts in my ai exe. No idea for now, if you can upload your AI folder it would be awesome.

On some RO's, the pre-S buffs have a global skill delay equal to their durations. I squawked at Heim when we got homun S and he fixed this for us on iRO (thanks!)
