For the "Dragon Slayer" khara, you need to get through the event...

 

But on the quest "Something scary this way comes! (6)" ;

                               - Get rid of King Thorolf

 

Once reaching the destination for the quest, you can't not examine the stone. "Another player is using that. Please try again later."

We will be doing channel restarts later tonight to hopefully resolve this. Gravity believes it will.

 

I am going to post up the schedule of what channels will be down and when soon, but it'll be at 18:00, 19:00, and 20:00. Restarts typically only take 15-20 minutes, and once you see they're back up and accessible in game, they should be okay to join by that point.

 

I'll be getting an official announcement up on the forum, patcher, and in-game here soon.
