You know that thing where you can trade in a giftcard for WPE?
I've tried doing that a couple times and it never goes through... I've been trying to search for info about it and don't see anything...
Has that been a longtime problem that hasn't been fixed? Or is it just me?

What kind of Gift Card? Have you checked Redeem WP Coupons tab?
